RENTAL DEPOSIT $ 100.00   (members & non-members)  Deposit holds the date of events.

                          ALL RENTALS REQUIRE SECURITY and MUST BE PAID BY RENTERS.

                          BAR TAB WILL BE CALCULATED AT END OF EVENT

                         ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS ARE DUE AT END OF EVENT

KEG OF BEER $150 

BARTENDER $15 PER HOUR  (MINIMUM OF 4 HRS)     

TERMS OF RENTAL CONTRACT:

1. The reservation for rental may be cancelled within 7 days of the rental date and the deposit will be refunded.  Thereafter, if the reservation is cancelled, the fee will be retained by Legion.

2.  Decorations, of any kind, shall not be taped or tacked on any walls, ceiling or floor. Glitter and confetti are prohibited.

3. The renting party shall be held responsible for any damage to Legion property.

4. After the event, the rented area will be inspected AND,an additional $100 will be charged if the rented area is not left in a reasonably clean condition.  CLEAN UP _______Yes_____ No_____

Cleanup includes: 1) All decorations removed.

                            2) All trash picked up.

                            3) All tables and appliances to be wiped clean.

                            4) All tables and chairs placed back as they were.

                            5) All floors must be vacuumed. 

5.  The Legion will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items or items that are left overnight.

6. Parties must vacate the rental area within ½ hour of the rental time shown above.

7. BEVERAGES OF ANY KIND MUST BE PURCHASED FROM THE LEGION.  All Nebraska Liquor Laws will apply to all events.  Alcohol consumption by minors will NOT BE TOLERATED.  Proof of age must be available upon request. Bartender has the right to refuse service to anyone questionable or without ID.

8. Renter may provide own food.

9. Renter must provide all paper supplies and food serving items.

10.  NO use of KITCHEN by non-legion members.  Rentals may use steam tables & clean up after event.  

 PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND SIGN WHERE INDICATED.  Your signature on this contract means all details are correct, and you agree to the prices listed, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth above.
